NICO Insurance Zambia Limited has launched the Online Payment Service Platform in its quest to make it easier for its customers to access insurance products. This was announced at a colourful media breakfast launch held in Lusaka on 10^th July 2018 at Intercontinental Hotel.

NICO Zambia hosted a Customer Service Excellence Workshop at Sandy’s Creations Resort in Lusaka which concluded on 2^nd June 2018.

Following the retirement of Mr. Titus Kalenga, I wish to announce the appointment of Mr. Geoffrey Chirwa as Chief Executive Officer of NICO Insurance Zambia Limited, with effect from 1st November 2016. Prior to this appointment, Geoffrey served as Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer for Professional Insurance Corporation Zambia PLC.
